Initially the company did allow employees to work from home. However management requested that the staff report back to the office. Due to reduced revenue the company decided to reduce its staff. This included employees on short term and long term disability. A very unethical decision in my opinion. Middle management is supportive.

However their planning and goals are very short sighted. They also subjectively apply policy. Meaning the "favorites" get away with policy violations.
