This is my 5th time at Buttons but the first time on Black Friday. We had a a wonderful time celebrating my Birthday at this location. The food was great and the live entertainment was wonderful! The staff was very attentive as well. I would definitely be going again and will recommend this place to my family and friends. The music was way too loud fir a dining restaurant Very impressed with both the atmosphere and the food!

Will be back for more! Service was just a little slow but the place was packed and the waitor was definitely taking on several customers. The atmosphere was so good that the wait wasn't that big of a deal!

Can't believe I had never heard of this place. Food, service and entertainment were great! We will be back! My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary there. The food was delicious and Tasha was all smiles and accommodating.

The live music was off the chain. The food was good, but it took a long time and we never did get the ordered appetizer. The server was slow and very unorganized for the amount a people he was serving. This place was good for the live music an food I was looking for. The quality of this place has gone down. From the food to the staff. I haven't been in years and want go back.

Hostess sat us promptly. We had our 7 yr old with us, and the hostess said the server will have the kids menu. Server came, we asked about said menu, and he exclaimed, I dont know nothin about no kid menu. We asked who does know. He went and got another person who said she was trying to go off of memory, and rattles off two selections. The whole thing was so awkward. For this to be a nice place, our booth seats had black duct tape holding the ripped up parts together.

From then on, service was spotty as hell, and we simply waNTED to leave. I have been here in this places heyday. Those times are OVER! Great food and loved the live music at Sunday brunch. Depending on where seated, it can be difficult to hear others talking, so I wouldn't chose this venue if conversation is critical to your dinner. Perfect for music lovers and groups who want to have a good time.

There were lots of families with kids and groups celebrating birthdays. I suggest reservations for brunch or could have a bit of a wait. Defiantly going back! I drove from Austin with some friends. We order the Roasted Chicken with dressing. We were very unhappy with our meal. The waiter was very nice! But, He kept telling us how long we can sit at the table. We enjoyed our meal, and the service was outstanding. I accidentally left my new sunglasses there on a Sat night, and when I called the next day Miss Wanda said she had them waiting for me.

She made my day! Buttons was a very good experience overall! This place is very casual. Could use some updating on the furniture. Also, menus need to be updated if you no longer serve certain dishes or if they are prepared differently. The home potatoes were too greasy. Went for Sunday brunch!

It was amazing! Jazz was playing! Really enjoyed! She was a little forgetful and slow. One of my favorites for soul food. Made my Anniversary Special! Server was professional. Food was delicious but need to update their appetizer options.
