Cox san diego troubleshooting

I ordered service in October. They bungled the order and cancelled it computer algorithm. I called them, they put in a new order but changed it from my request without telling me, signed me up for 2y contract. Yo CoxComm why does my internet have a moment of silence everyday at am? For the las week their service has been awful. CoxComm peacockTV I was trying to sign up for the Cox bronze bundle at a month with free install.

But ended up cancelling after it went up to a month. The only explanation I got was taxes. You all some crooks!!! What is the cause and when can we expect service back? What's being done for your customers? Apparently CoxHelp CoxCalifornia can't help and doesn't care about people struggling. They will just change plans and change pricing on a whim.

When I made the plan change the guy was so nice and understanding. They don't care. Guess customer service isn't a thing for them. CoxHelp I've spoke with 5 different agents and the best they can say is there is an "outage" and they are working to resolve.
