We receive an abundance of referrals each week and have a history of maintaining a lengthy and ongoing waitlist which allows for clinicians to quickly build a sustainable caseload with minimal no show or late cancelations of appointments.
Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with a minimum of managed care and documentation concerns by working to eliminate systemic hassles. We also offer in-house training and supervision surrounding evidence-based practices within some of our niches, such as trauma treatment through TF-CBT, and can provide additional training in working with the transgender community as we have a psychologist who is board certified and specializes in transgender care.
Additional opportunities for professional growth are available such as increasing knowledge and experience in the use of CBT or DBT techniques, Prolonged Exposure Therapy among other evidence-based theories.
We value a diversified clinical team that shares in our mission and values to provide high-quality care to our community.
