Then they charged my insurance for work that they didn't do. These people need to be shut down as soon as possible. The owner is rude and I had a few choice words for him. He took the little rental my insurance paid for days before my car was finished.

They had so many people calling for their cars and he would lie to them about supposedly needing more time to fix the issue. He told one customer that he needed more time to fix his bumper because he found damage on the car behind the bumper when they removed it. He then told his secretary Marilyn to call the insurance because they need to get paid for the extra days.

The absolute worst. I'm surprised Joe the owner hasn't been charged or convicted of insurance fraud yet. Avoid this place at all costs, they will take forever with your vehicle then avoid your phone calls. They will cut any corner possible to pocket the check meant to fix your car. Never again! Every time I stopped at the shop after they were given the go-ahead they would say that they were starting the truck that it would be finished within 3 or four weeks; this happen THREE TIMES and the work was never even started. Had they started the work within a reasonable timeframe they could have made a whole lot more but there is definitely something extremely shady about this business and the co-owner Joe Rios is a complete jerk!
