Happy to see area being rejuvinated, houses are being flipped, and city investment in infrastructure has been consistent. I spent final years as a teen here and In light of renewed interestvand investment in area look forward to seeing my kids grow up here. Neighbors look after each other and very friendly! I live on Flowing Spring and no street noise or traffic , I feel safe with my kids outside on their bikes playing. Lived here many many years, never an issue.
